Production Manager or Coordinator

This role is designed for a leader with ministry experience in a production environment who takes directorial initiative in planning and is passionate about coaching others in the Worship Arts. The individual will manage the production team, stage team, staff, volunteers, and interns during weekend services and main events. The position involves directing production, programming Planning Center, and coordinating communication between various ministries.
