About this role
This role provides team and technical leadership for food manufacturing activities at a plant, ensuring safe and cost-effective production of B&G Foods products. The position coordinates with safety, quality, production control, and new product teams to meet customer and consumer expectations while supporting plant leadership and budgeting activities. The person will act as the senior plant leader in the Plant Manager’s absence and represent the plant during regulatory visits.
