Production Manager

The Production Manager leads aircraft maintenance production activities for Part 135 charter operations, ensuring all maintenance events are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with FAA regulations. Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, this role oversees hangar operations by directing technicians, coordinating resources, and driving schedule adherence across all maintenance activities. The position serves as the primary leader on the hangar floor, aligning manpower and materials to maximize aircraft availability while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
