Production Manager

This role leads all production activities to ensure medical devices are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 standards. The position focuses on minimizing downtime, maximizing throughput, and optimizing assembly operations while managing manufacturing personnel to achieve daily production targets. It involves overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing process, enforcing quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformances and scale up new products.
