Production Manager

This role involves leading the installation programme for a significant ETCS retrofit across a fleet of Class 66 locomotives for a major freight rail operator. The Production Manager will oversee production planning, customer engagement, operational performance, and day-to-day delivery to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project completion. Joining at an early stage, the position offers the opportunity to establish efficient processes and drive continuous improvement within a high-profile, nationally significant rolling stock modernisation programme.
