Production Manager

The Production Manager ensures the timely and high-quality completion of all assemblies for the S250i in a low-volume, high-complexity environment. This role focuses on repeatable execution against commit dates, applying lean production techniques, and maintaining world-class production standards. The position involves supervising production staff, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing factory testing and commissioning activities. The Production Manager reports directly to the Director of Manufacturing.
