Production Manager

The Production Manager leads plant production across three shifts in a caulk and sealant manufacturing operation, responsible for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role drives day-to-day execution, training, and corrective actions while supporting the quality system and developing shift supervisors. The position requires managing production schedules, reducing waste, and implementing LEAN and DMAIC tools to improve processes. The role involves close collaboration with Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams to ensure operational excellence.
