Production Manufacturing Trainer

The Production Manufacturing Trainer supports the Greenville Facility by ensuring smooth production operations and maintaining product standards through quality tools. This role is responsible for administering efficient and effective training to production staff, ensuring compliance with Duke's Mayo Company’s Standard of Work, and managing standardized onboarding for new employees. The trainer also oversees training documentation, employee qualification, and process improvements.
