Production Operator - 3rd Shift

The Production Operator works the third shift (Sunday‑Thursday, 11 p.m.‑7:30 a.m.) operating a milling machine to process cocoa cakes, package finished cocoa, and maintain equipment and sanitation standards. The role includes ensuring compliance with FDA HACCP, GMP, and OSHA requirements while collaborating with teammates and rotating to other production areas as needed.
