About this role

The Production Operator at Surmodics in Ballinasloe is responsible for working on the manufacturing floor to perform assembly operations and produce finished medical device products in accordance with company procedures and regulatory standards. The role is based onsite on a temporary contract and operates on a 4-day compressed work week (Monday–Thursday) during day shift hours. The position supports the production team by rotating through tasks and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
