Production Operator

The Production Operator is responsible for managing daily operations on the production floor to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals. The role involves monitoring production lines, performing visual inspections, maintaining housekeeping standards, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety regulations. Candidates must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts including day and night to ensure minimal downtime.
