Production Operator

The Production Operator works on the 3rd shift in the Dry Production department at the Wellness Pet Company manufacturing plant in Decatur, AR. The role involves setting up, operating, and disassembling processing equipment such as extrusion, injection molding, dryers, and packaging machinery while following SOPs and GMPs. Operators ensure product quality, maintain cleanliness, troubleshoot equipment, and document safety and quality checks throughout the shift.
