Production Operator

This role involves loading and unloading springs into and out of drying and heat-treating ovens, as well as handling passivation and rinsing processes to ensure product quality. The position requires inspecting parts for defects, packing finished goods, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Employees will transition from day shift training to a permanent evening shift schedule after onboarding.
