Production Operator

The Production Operator at SWEP is responsible for performing manufacturing activities related to the assembly, brazing, and testing of BPHE products. The role ensures high-quality production by strictly following work orders, standard operating procedures, and engineering drawings to meet customer expectations and delivery requirements. The position also involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and participating in continuous improvement and audit activities.
