Production Packaging Lead Associate

The Production Packaging Lead Associate applies intensive knowledge of packaging materials and finished products while operating packaging equipment and following Good Manufacturing Practices. This role involves relieving operators, managing changeovers, assisting with quality control, and serving as a floater or lead packer to mentor new employees. The position requires active participation in safety committees and improvement teams to support plant safety, quality, and morale.
