About this role

The Sterling Operations team is seeking a motivated and experienced production planner to support a high-mix, engineering-to-order environment and drive reliable execution of both new and established product builds. This role is critical to improving daily flow, strengthening order readiness, and ensuring the site meets internal and external customer commitments. The position is an onsite role located in Sterling, VA.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and coordinate production orders to ensure timely material movement
Manage detailed scheduling and sequencing of orders based on priorities and capacity
Analyze and resolve MRP-generated exceptions to prevent recurring planning issues
