About this role

The Production Planner owns the production schedule and material plan for assigned lines, translating corporate supply chain demand into an executable and efficient plan. The role involves balancing customer service, line efficiency, and inventory investment while proactively identifying and mitigating supply, capacity, and inventory risks. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and skilled in using SAP S/4HANA and Swisslog WMS to optimize production sequencing and material flow.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize line efficiency and minimize changeovers
Execute MRP processes and manage purchase orders to ensure material availability and inventory targets
Analyze planning KPIs and report on schedule attainment, inventory levels, and root causes of misses

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldASCM/APICS CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) or CSCP certification
