About this role

The Production Reliability Engineer on the Starship Electronics team is responsible for ensuring the reliability of all electrical systems for the Starship spacecraft and SuperHeavy booster. The role involves detailed failure analysis, root cause identification, and implementation of corrective actions across design, manufacturing, and supply chain. The engineer works closely with test engineers and production staff to improve test coverage, reduce false failures, and support field operations with technical guidance.
