About this role

The Production Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining executable production schedules that balance labor, materials, inventory, and regulatory compliance. This role serves as the central decision-maker for production sequencing, coordinating between Sales, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Operations, and Quality teams. The position focuses on minimizing inventory risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling profitable growth through effective planning and execution.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule across all product categories
Integrate state and company regulatory requirements into all production schedules
Monitor and manage WIP and Finished Goods inventory to align with shipment velocity
