Production Shift Supervisor

The Production Shift Supervisor oversees all shift operations, including pre-production, post-production, quality control, and shipping, while ensuring consistent communication with departmental leads and staff. This role involves prioritizing daily production, addressing bottlenecks, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized production floor. The supervisor also supports staff training, resolves order issues with Customer Support, and administers corrective action when necessary.
