The Production Superintendent provides day-to-day leadership and execution for the production operation, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This role oversees shift supervisors and the sanitation team, ensuring safe, efficient, and scheduled production while managing staffing, training, and performance. The position serves as the primary operational link between ownership and production staff, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
