Production Supervision

This role provides leadership and training to production employees to achieve safety, quality, and production objectives while coordinating activities across departments. The position involves monitoring shift performance, managing production data and KPIs, and leading continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and lean techniques. It also requires acting as the primary contact for mechanical issues and overseeing maintenance and inventory processes.
