Production Supervisor (1st, 2nd & 3rd shift openings)

The Production Supervisor oversees manufacturing operations across multiple shifts, coordinating staff, workflow, and material availability while ensuring safety and quality standards. They act as a quality inspector, safety coordinator, and trainer, spending half of their time on the production floor. The role reports to the Director of Operations and Production Manager and contributes to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
