Production Supervisor – 1st & 2nd shifts

The Production Supervisor will lead production employees on the first and second shifts, ensuring that production targets are met on time while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. This role oversees the entire production process, tracks yields, makes real‑time adjustments, and drives continuous improvement. The supervisor also trains, coaches, and motivates the team, conducts safety audits, and collaborates with operations managers to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
