Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

The Production Supervisor will lead a small manufacturing team on the second shift at a plastics extrusion/injection molding facility in Lacon, Illinois. This hands‑on role involves coordinating daily production activities, ensuring safety and quality, and stepping onto the floor to assist with operations as needed. The position includes an 8–12 week training period on first shift before transitioning to the permanent second‑shift schedule.
