Production Supervisor (Weekend Shift)

The Production Supervisor oversees day-to-day assembly operations at the Mesa production site, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met while leading production employees and driving floor accountability. This hands-on leadership role involves removing production roadblocks, supporting team performance, reinforcing standard work, and helping ensure assembly operations run safely, efficiently, and consistently. The position reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on building a lean culture centered on continuous improvement.
