Production Supervisor

This role leads the operations of all production departments within a manufacturing unit, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction goals. The position involves strategizing daily manufacturing activities, leading technical teams, and driving continuous improvement programs for operational excellence. Coordination with stakeholders on new product introductions and adherence to health and safety policies are also key functions.
