Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will lead daily manufacturing operations for Primo, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and safety standards while driving productivity and cost control. This hands‑on leader will oversee team performance, continuous improvement initiatives, and inventory accuracy, collaborating closely with maintenance, engineering, and quality functions. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, effective communication of KPIs, and the development of future leaders within a fast‑paced FMCG environment.
