Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor oversees the daily production activities of a single shift at Latham Pool Products, ensuring key performance indicators are met and quality standards are maintained. This role involves reading production orders, performing first QA inspections, handling trimming, grinding, cutting, drilling, and installing fittings, as well as managing small repairs, tiling, and inlay installations. The supervisor also supports a strong employee culture by reinforcing core values and may assist with payroll systems and lean manufacturing initiatives.
