Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor plans and coordinates all production activities to meet company targets, organizing daily tasks, scheduling work across departments, and ensuring high quality output. They lead shift and department supervisors, manage training, report progress to the Operations Manager, and enforce clean work environments through the 6S program.
