Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor directs and supervises production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory goals for the assigned department and shift. This role involves coordinating production activities with plant leadership to ensure manufacturing objectives are accomplished efficiently while implementing Lean Manufacturing methods. The position requires providing leadership, training, and support to operators to ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
