Production Supervisor

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the production floor, including the supervision, development, and training of a team of 20-30 associates. The position ensures the efficient movement of product through the plant with a strong focus on quality and timeliness while reporting directly to the Plant Manager. The supervisor oversees production workflows, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
