Production Supervisor

This role supports a team of employees within a work cell to ensure safety, quality, OEE, and 5S standards are met while motivating the team to achieve productivity goals. The position involves assigning tasks, performing quality inspections, maintaining production records, and utilizing lean methods to resolve process issues. It requires on-site work during the 1st shift at the Portland, TN facility.
