Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor directs the activities of a shift of production workers in the chemicals production area to ensure and improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. This role involves driving adherence to EHS standards, supervising production activities to meet quality requirements, and managing team performance to deliver set KPIs. The position also focuses on optimizing work processes, maintaining accurate inventory control, and providing ongoing coaching and training to the shift team.
