Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will manage, improve, and motivate staff to achieve company objectives and goals within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on Total Production Efficiency (TPE) and oversees CNC Machining Operations, Feeder Processes, Machine Shop Production, and Powder Line performance across three rotating shifts. The position involves leading a team of 60+ personnel under the direction of the Production Manager to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance.
