Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor leads and manages first-shift production operations to ensure products are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with schedules and quality standards. This role provides day-to-day leadership for production employees, coordinates staffing and workflow, and supports communication between shifts and departments.
