Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor leads a team of five or more employees within a designated Business Unit, fostering a high-performing, values-driven culture through effective leadership and clear communication. This role is responsible for training, guiding, and developing team members while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity in metal fabrication processes. Reporting to the Plant Operations Manager, the position focuses on workforce planning, performance management, and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
