Production Supervisor

This position is responsible for monitoring Machine Operators and Line Workers while setting up and operating various production machines to ensure the line meets schedule, quality standards, and company specifications. The role involves ensuring safe production line operations, inspecting materials for defects, and regulating machine flow, speed, and temperature. Additionally, the incumbent trains coworkers, maintains standard operating procedures, and ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety procedures.
