Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor leads the plant production team at a food grade facility, ensuring compliance with environmental health, safety, and food safety guidelines. This role involves creating production schedules, managing inventory, supervising staff, and meeting production goals while supporting facility sanitation and maintenance activities. The position reports to the Production Manager and serves as a backup for the Production Manager in their absence.
