Production Supervisor

This hands-on leadership position assists the Production Supervisor while performing as a highly skilled laser operator within a defined workstation team. The role involves coordinating work activities, maintaining compliance to procedures, performing quality control checks, and acting as a technical lead for first-level problems. The individual will also assist with training and ensure the timely preparation of shipments to customers.
