Production Supervisor

This role leads and develops a team of 15–25 employees while overseeing daily production to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals. The position requires a strong floor presence to support teams, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to standard work and policies. The incumbent will drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles and maintain a culture of safety and accountability.
