Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor oversees safety, quality, delivery, and cost for an assigned shift, managing labor staffing and ensuring production orders are fulfilled as scheduled. This role involves coordinating with the planning team, reconciling production data, and enforcing safety and quality policies in collaboration with employees and management. The supervisor also handles training for new employees and may perform labor functions alongside the team.
