The Production Supervisor provides direct frontline leadership to Area Leads and hourly production employees, ensuring the safe, efficient, and consistent execution of production activities during an assigned shift. This role is accountable for achieving daily production, safety, quality, labor efficiency, productivity, and delivery objectives by translating production plans into daily work assignments and monitoring performance. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations, address operational issues, and maintain manufacturing discipline.
