The Production Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the Processing Department at the Atholville facility, ensuring schedules, goals, and quality standards are met. This hands-on role involves supervising production teams, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
