About this role

The Production Support REA role supports Missile Integration and Test for the Standard Missiles family, focusing on troubleshooting electromechanical hardware failures across system, sub-system, and circuit card assembly levels. The position involves analyzing telemetry data, performing circuit analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions in a real-time production environment. Candidates will own Test Requirement Documents and work closely with engineering, operations, and suppliers to resolve production and testing issues.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot test failures of electromechanical hardware at system, sub-system, and circuit card assembly levels
Analyze telemetry test data and perform circuit analysis to identify failures in a real-time production environment
Lead failure root cause determination and implement corrective actions through the FRACAS process
