Production Team Leader

Kerry is seeking Production Team Leaders to join its growing manufacturing team in Coleraine, Co. Londonderry, to support the launch of a new production line and ongoing operations. This full-time, permanent role involves leading a team of Production Operatives to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production of processed cheese products, syrups, and sweet sauces. The position requires managing a rotating 12-hour shift pattern while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
