Production Technician

The Production Technician is an hourly, non-exempt role responsible for working on production projects, training operators, and assisting engineers in transitioning jobs from development to production. This position requires a safety and quality-conscious individual who can handle hazardous chemicals, use personal respirators, and perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 75 lbs. The role involves achieving daily goals, establishing lean manufacturing techniques, and maintaining communication with technical and quality assurance personnel.
