Production Trainer

This role involves conducting training for Production Laborers on processes for their assigned production line and performing skill development activities with current team members. The position requires championing safety rules, teaching machine operation and troubleshooting, and documenting training progress to ensure production flow rates and continuous improvement. The individual will work closely with the Line Manager to evaluate operator conformance and assist in implementing company training programs.
