Production Worker I

The Production Worker I is an experienced manufacturing team member responsible for performing complex assembly, production, and fabrication activities in accordance with engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, work instructions, and quality requirements. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, technical knowledge, and the ability to independently assemble components and subassemblies with a high degree of accuracy and precision. The role involves performing work with limited supervision, identifying and resolving routine production or assembly issues, and effectively using hand tools, power tools, machinery, measuring devices, and material handling equipment as required. As a senior-level production worker, this position may also provide technical guidance, demonstrate proper assembly methods, and assist less-experienced team members while maintaining responsibility for their own assigned work.
