Production

This role involves manufacturing switchgear (RMU) products and monitoring shop floor assembly activities to meet customer specifications and production targets. The position requires overseeing manpower planning, tracking daily and weekly output, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained through systems like TPM and 5S. The incumbent is responsible for preparing production reports, managing in-process defects, and training new operators to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing goals.
